Fernwood Place, Auckland | New Build
Meridian had established an ongoing relationship with Creating Communities Ltd providing building services for the Northern Glen Innes Redevelopment Project. In total Meridian completed 23 homes for Creating Communities, which were are mix of private dwellings and Housing New Zealand homes. These two projects were for eight private high-end houses, and the projects ran concurrently.
